Because we source our inventory from storage unit auctions, many of our items are vintage, pre-owned, or unique single-item finds. We do our absolute best to inspect, clean, and test all items. All items are sold in the condition described and pictured in the listings.
2. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to display the colors, features, and conditions of our products as accurately as possible. However, exact item conditions can be subjective, and electronics are tested for basic functionality as noted in descriptions.
3. Pricing and Availability
Due to the unique nature of our inventory, items are generally available on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders if an item is inadvertently listed incorrectly or sold simultaneously on another platform (like Mercari, Whatnot, or Facebook Marketplace).

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At 402 Storage Sales, we pride ourselves on honesty, transparency, and great customer service. Because we deal heavily in secondhand, vintage, and one-of-a-kind auction finds, we have a clear policy to protect both parties.
1. The "Peace of Mind" Guarantee
We want you to love your purchase. While most items are sold As-Is, we inspect every single piece. If an item arrives and is significantly different from how it was described or pictured in the listing, or if it was damaged during shipping, please contact us at CustomerService@402StorageSales.com within [3 to 5] days of delivery.
2. How We Handle Issues
If we made a mistake in the listing or the item is defective (and wasn't noted in the description), we will provide a full refund, exchange (if a similar item exists), or a store credit, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. General Returns
If you change your mind or bought the wrong size, please reach out to us within [7 to 14] days. For standard returns not caused by an item defect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in the exact condition it was received.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale clearance items, items explicitly marked "For Parts/Repair Only" in the description, or items purchased live on Whatnot (which are subject to Whatnot's specific platform policies) cannot be returned.
